Infrastructure Works
Our infrastructure division focuses on drainage, retaining walls, detention ponds and roads. During our early years from 1987 to 1990, we built our foundation in infrastructure works such as drainage systems and small-scale civil works.
Today, we deliver critical infrastructure projects supporting large-scale township developments across Melaka, Johor, Negeri Sembilan and other states — including the landmark 650-acre Bandar Botani Parkland development in Jasin, Melaka.
Roads & Highways
Construction of roads, highways and related road infrastructure. Notable projects include the Limbongan-Klebang Coastal Highway in Melaka.
Drainage Systems & Detention Ponds
Design and construction of comprehensive drainage networks and detention ponds for large-scale township developments, including the 650-acre Bandar Botani Parkland development.
Retaining Walls & Civil Works
Construction of retaining walls and general civil engineering works to support site preparation and land development for township and infrastructure projects.
Residential Developments
Construction of terrace houses, medium-cost and affordable housing. Our portfolio includes large-scale residential projects such as 189 units of terrace houses in Bukit Katil, Melaka — our first contract exceeding RM40 million.
Commercial Buildings
Construction of shophouses, office buildings and retail facilities. From shophouses at Taman Bukit Beruang to the extension and retrofitting of the Jaya Jusco shopping centre in Melaka — a landmark early project.
Industrial Facilities
Construction of industrial buildings including factories and semi-detached industrial lots. Our first large-scale industrial building works project — 50 units of double-storey semi-detached factories in Tanjung Minyak, Melaka — was secured in 2024.
Building Works
Our building works division focuses on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. In 1990, we began undertaking larger building projects starting with 27 units of medium-cost terrace houses at Taman Krubong, Melaka.
Since then, we have expanded to deliver projects of increasing scale and complexity, including our first contract exceeding RM40 million for the construction of 189 units of terrace houses in Bukit Katil, Melaka in 2023.

Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring compliance with all Malaysian regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary permits, licenses and approvals.
Stakeholder Coordination
Managing coordination and communication with customers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities throughout the project.
Project Planning & Supervision
Planning, managing, supervising and monitoring the entire construction process, including proposing alternative solutions to optimise design and improve efficiency.
Resource Deployment
Deploying construction machinery and equipment, procuring materials according to project schedules and specifications.
Subcontractor Management
Engaging, managing and supervising subcontractors in the execution of their respective scopes of work.
Quality Assurance & Handover
Conducting monthly and final inspections, testing and commissioning jointly with the customer's representatives to ensure quality delivery.

We have delivered all our projects on time and have not incurred any liquidated ascertained damages for delays. All retention sums have been released accordingly.
Operating Across Malaysia
While primarily based in Melaka, we have undertaken projects across multiple states including Selangor, Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Kelantan. We are strategically expanding our presence in Johor and the Klang Valley.
